Mohawk Holdings Pvt. Ltd. approached TRBC to design an office in a leased brick-in-the-wall office space in a mall complex. The challenge was to accommodate multiple tiers of hierarchy and corporate functions within a very long linear space without making the emergent space feel boxy and train-like.

The functions were aligned along a curving central spine to elongate the perceptual depth of the office, which also rises as one moves down the spine-revealing more functions at every eye level. The aesthetic stays minimal, yet dodges between corporate and luxe, addressing the high-net-worth individuals who are expected to populate the clientage.
